share your experience – Elaine Fazzio Kapp wanted to share with us the pleasant surprises that were the hotels in San Francisco and Los Angeles that she and Renato stayed on their last trip to California. Hotels at a legal cost (to USA) and with access advantages and / or amenities (amenities)!
In San Francisco we stayed at Beresford Arms, that is 3 blocks from Union Square, easy access to everything! It had included a modest breakfast but it was good enough until lunch.
The thing about the cat is that they had a free cheese happy hour, petit fours, white and red wines, which led us to not have dinner one day. We were going to the room after the happy hour… Incidentally the huge room, two double beds, mini kitchen, huge bathroom. The hotel was old but the rooms are renovated.
Already in LA, we stayed in Hollywood Orchide Suites, which is located right behind the Hollywood Highland Mall where the Dolby Theater is, in addition to having a lot of bar options and restaurants.
Leaning against the hotel was a direct ticket to the mall and Hollywood Boulevard with the subway station and bus stops next to it, making it possible to do many things on foot and by subway / bus. Including going to Santa Monica by subway. We took uber only to Disney because it was farther and would take a long time with buses.
The hotel had three floors and looked like a beach hotel, but room was enooorme, clean and with a well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast was included and very good, with yogurt, fruits, thousand breads etc… cool!!
