The beginning, the way is today

It all started at a camp in the carnival of 1987, there was no one needed to record the trip of the crazy bunch, Xereta do Pai model camera in hands, We set out with the expectation of doing the 24 best images of my life, until that moment. It seems like it worked, one of the friends who worked at the late Jornal do Brasil liked the photos, I had a lot of contact with visual art professionals, Being also a photography lover, my first supporter was Ademir Barbosa. From that moment on, I had access to a lot of literature on the subject, examples of beautiful photography, many of them recording extraordinary places, unimaginable until that moment, in a time when we knew the world only through photos, cinema or television, Without a doubt, the union of my two great passions, photography and recording images of fantastic places, began there..

Since then a lot has happened, I bought my first used reflex camera, with your broken photometer, but I followed that table that came in the Kodak film box, it worked sometimes. I learned to focus on my hand and also to move a lot, because to compose a photo, I only had this alternative, I only had a fifty f1.8.

In 1989 my photography had its second big leap, because every artist needs a muse to be inspired, I was lucky once again. In addition to muse, Silvana is my eternal and biggest supporter.

But it was in 2014 that I began my great endless journey, courses, Workshops, mentoring, great examples and friendships that throw me into a totally fascinating world, When I really started seeing my passion as a profession.

I keep learning always, I met a lot of generous people on this path that guides me to this day and I hope one day to be able to repay all this knowledge.
