Victoria is the capital of British Columbia in Western Canada.
Not everyone who visits Vancouver takes the time to go there, but getting to know the city was a pleasant surprise when I was there!
Located on Vancouver Island, access can be done by ferry or seaplane., departing from both Vancouver and Seattle.
